Extrusion is the basis of our business: we convert of polymer granuels into film wich are. heated to 200 °C through a screw-type extruder.


The granuels pass through a tubular die that forms a bubble which, when cooled, becomes single wound films or tubes (see diagram below).


Our expertise in converting low, medium and high density Polythene for over 15 years plus our techniques of coextrusion, enables us to combine other polymers (PS, PA, PP, etc.) with Polythene.
